For fasting and non-fasting students alike, Ramadan offers us a chance to slow down and turn within. We are happy to announce some special packages for this month, to support
you in bringing balance and health to your daily life. Read below for details. Our workshop schedule includes some wonderful sessions that emphasise stillness, mindfulness and introspection such as Yoga Nidra with Monica Sperling and Mind Over Fascia with Karin Locher. Join us for our iftar and night bazaar on May 19 and then end the month with a special community open day of free Iyengar Yoga classes.

In this three-hour workshop, we will discuss the anatomy and physiology of this transitional time for women, followed by a yoga practice that can help alleviate many of the symptoms

YOGA NIDRA IN THE HIMALAYAN TRADITION
with Monica Sperling
Immerse yourself in an inward journey with practices leading to Conscious Sleep/Yoga Nidra. This workshop will be based on practices of the Himalayan Tradition as taught by Swami Rama. The workshop will begin with a brief introduction and joints and glands exercises, followed by guided savasana practices leading to increased awareness.
