Dear Nilaya House friends,

I recently listened to a great podcast on Embodied Philosophy by Philip Goldberg, author of a book about the yogi Yogananda and a new book called Spiritual Practice for Crazy Times.

His advice for becoming established in a yoga or meditation practice, is to do it for long enough that you feel the difference when you don’t do it, as ultimately we make time for things we value.

It’s with this in mind that I an happy to run again, starting in January 2021, a six-month Ashtanga Yoga Appreciation course. For students of all levels, including beginners, it’s a great way to have a thorough immersion, laying the foundation for a supportive yoga practice over the long term.

We are also thrilled to announce that we’ll be again running the Yoga Institutes’ Teacher Training Course in 2021, this time giving the option for both 200 and 300-hrs trainings. Read on to learn more!

Yours in Yoga,
