Read about a recent graduate’s experience with the programme….

I recently went through the Ashtanga Appreciation course and I’m so grateful for the layers it has added to both my practice and how I approach and think about it.

The physical practice has always carried through benefit into other aspects of my life and the appreciation course really helped me realize that.

Going into the program I thought I would enjoy the asana workshops more than any other part but I found myself most excited about the theoretical portions.

The discussions and exchange of knowledge, based on the eight limbs of yoga have added so much nuance to my practice and approach that it has added to the gratification and reward I get as a practitioner.

I would be remiss if I didn’t say that the quality of the course was matched by the quality of the instruction.

Nea is a wonderful teacher and it’s through her practice and program that I continue to open up and find new heights.

I cannot recommend this course enough whether you are starting your journey or are an ardent practitioner. If I have one regret it’s that I didn’t go through the program earlier.”
