Welcome to 2019!
While a yogic mindset means the chance to begin again at any moment, the beginning of a new year is a particularly symbolic time to be more conscious about next steps and future directions. If for you that means deepening your yoga practice, and that can take many forms whether it is stepping up your commitment to a more regular practice, or exploring a new area of study, we hope Nilaya House can be part of your journey.
I’m really excited about the programs we are starting in January including our new year Sacred Geometry workshop Creating 2019 with Sheetal Rajan, a yoga philosophy course on the Bhagavad Gita with Harinaam Anand and our new Thursday Club; Weekly Masterclasses for Yoga Enthusiasts.
If you would like to go back to basics or introduce a friend to yoga, we are running a Weekend Course for Beginners with Aparajita Ghose as well as an Intro to Ashtanga Yoga course for women only that I’ll be teaching later this month. I also really welcome ideas and suggestions to classes, workshops or courses you would like to experience at Nilaya, so feel free to let me know.
