Dear students, in line with the latest advisory from the Dubai Economic Department, we are closed as of today Sunday March 15 for two weeks until March 31. All existing passes will be put on hold until we resume our normal schedule again.
However, it’s just our physical Al Quoz location that is closed – we are definitely still open in the virtual world. We encourage you to join our Nilaya House Students facebook group, which for now we can consider to be our online shala.
We’ll be sharing resources to support your home practice during this time, including live class streams and special discounts for members. You are welcome to contact us at anytime by posting in the group or a direct message, with any requests or questions you might have.
It is a true gift to become established in one’s personal home yoga practice. We are here to support you.
For students wanting to collect mats, we will be open tonight 5:00-7:00pm and tomorrow 8:00-10:00am. If you can not make these times, please contact us on 050 230 1362.
