Equip your teen with the skills needed to navigate the stresses and pressure that comes with school, exams and just being a teen!
This course will help:
- reduce stress and anxiety
- improve mental focus and concentration
- boost confidence, self-esteem, and a positive body image
This 8-week course run during the school term will focus on yoga asanas as per the Ashtanga Yoga system as well as specific meditation and mindfulness practices designed for teens. The course is limited to 10 students only to ensure adequate personal and individual attention and guidance from the teacher.
About the Teacher: Nea Ferrier
Nea Ferrier is the founder of Nilaya House and Ashtanga Yoga Dubai. She is the only KPJAYI Level 2 authorised teacher in the UAE. She has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga for ten years internationally and for the last five years in Dubai. She still remembers her first Ashtanga class and loves teaching beginners.
