This module revolves around the mechanical aspect of the body. On the physical level Yin Yoga targets bones, joints, and connective tissues. Based on the ‘Grilley’s Method’, the functional approach will provide you with tools to share and adapt your practice to the needs of every practitioner.

The training will cover the “14-10-7” methodology of 14 Skeletal Segments, 10 Myofascial Compartments in the legs and torso, defining areas of tension and compression applied to 7 Archetypal Yin Poses and their variations.

The training will cover anatomy, philosophy and teaching methodology.

SIX-WEEK YOGA FOUNDATIONS COURSE (BEGINNERS LEVEL 2)
This course is for students who have already started practising yoga (not complete beginners) and would like to continue learning the fundamentals of yoga, in a guided, systematic way. Each session will build week-by-week, covering standing, foreward bends, twisting, backbending and inversion postures as well as breathing and relaxation techniques.
