This course designed to introduce you to the basics of Hatha Yoga. Learn correct breathing, posture alignment and relaxation techniques to give you a solid foundation for a safe and beneficial yoga practice over the long term. Ideal for beginners but also highly recommended for anyone wanting a thorough review of the fundamentals.
- The course will cover:
- Standing Postures
- Seated Postures
- Basics of inversions
- Guided breath awareness
- The importance of savasana (yogic rest)
The course is limited to eight students to ensure personal attention from the teacher.
