Yin Yoga Four-week Course
(One session per week)
Wednesdays, 6:30 PM – 7:45 PM
Starts April 18
Calm and balance the mind and body with Yin yoga. Complimenting a yang practice, this is a slow-paced class with a series of long-held floor poses, targeting stiff connective tissue, fascia, joints, and ligaments. Over four-weeks, we will deepen our practice by slowly building up the length of time the postures are held. The stillness in the pose allows space for stress and tension to be released, leaving you feeling fluid and re-energized. Open to all levels.
About the Teacher: Armanell Morton
Armenell started practising yoga over 10 years ago and has been teaching for the last seven years. She has practiced and trained in a number of styles of yoga, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Therapeutic, Yin/Yang and Restorative. The teachers that have inspired her most are Judith Lasater, Simon Borg Olivier, Sarah Powers and Calm living Meditation teacher Michael Daly.
