This is a five-week course, timed to start on the Spring Equinox, exploring the Chinese Elements through the practice of Yin Yoga. The Elemental Cycle, at the heart of Chinese medicine, is a cycle of phases, of movement. Water-Wood-Fire-Earth-Metal. Elemental Yin Yoga is a practice of physical stillness, of reflection, awareness and acceptance of who we really are. Each week we will follow the Elemental Cycle with a different Element woven into our Yin experience. Drop down from your head, into your body and feel.
