Start yoga at home with this twice-per week online yoga course taught by Hodis Kavian. Great for beginners or anyone wanting a thorough review of the fundamentals of yoga.
This three-week online yoga beginners course is the ideal way to begin your practice at home, under the guidance of an experienced and knowledgable teacher.
Each 75-minute session will build the practice week-by-week, introducing you to the basics of yoga postures (asanas), healthy alignment and breathing. You’ll also learn simple relaxation techniques.
The online yoga course will be conducted live via zoom – the teacher will be able to provide feedback and corrections. The class size is limited to 12 students.

Hodis has worked in fitness since 2001 and has been teaching yoga since 2008. She is currently training within the Iyengar method of yoga, regularly studying with her teacher Gabriella Giubulario in Florence Italy. Her classes combine her deep understanding of the body along with the desire for students to experience the peace and wellbeing that yoga can bring. She is fluent in Iranian, English and French. She has recently taught several successful online beginner yoga courses.
