A few things before your first visit:

Location

We are located approximately five minutes (drive) away from Times Square in Al Quoz.

Once you arrive (we are opposite the Buamin Marble & Granite Factory) enter the warehouse complex. We are warehouse number 4 on the left side.

We are mainly open from 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM, but this might vary.
Please call before planning to stop in outside of class times.

From Metro

The closest metro station is First Gulf Bank.
From there the shala is accessible by taxi (8-minute drive)

Directions

By Car

Coming from Abu Dhabi direction, we recommend you take the Umm Suquim Street (exit 39 off Sheikh Zayaed Road) heading east. Keep in the right-hand lanes so you can turn left at the traffic lights into First Al Khail Street.

Drive for approx. 2kms down First Al Khail Street (also called 8th Street) then turn right into 7th street, second right into 12th street, first left into 9b street. The warehouse complex is on the right, opposite Buamim Marble & Granite.

Coming from Sharjah direction, we recommend you take Exit 43 off Sheikh Zayaed Road and follow the Marabea Street signs. Cross over the traffic lights at First Al Khail/8th street.

Take the first right into 14A street; at the T-junction turn right into 7th street, then first left into 12th street, and first left into 9b street. The warehouse complex is on the right, opposite Buamim Marble & Granite Factory.

Parking

There is un-metered parking available at the front of the warehouse complex.

Bookings

You can book in for a class via our website. As our class sizes are small, we recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment. Visit the CLASSES section to see the full schedule and reserve your spot there.

Payment

All passes can be purchased online HERE.
You can also pay in cash or by card at the shala.

Changing Facilities

There are showers and changing facilities available for both men and women.

Yoga Mats

Mats are available for rental at the cost of AED10.

Mobile-Free Zone

The upstairs shala is strictly a mobile-free zone. Please leave your phones, bags and shoes downstairs.
