Join Dina for an invigorating and uplifting four-week Jivamukti Yoga masterclass series exploring all things WARRIOR!
We will work through a series of standing and warrior poses as well as look at the role and duty of the warrior that lives within as we move through the ‘battlefield’ of life.
We will draw upon lessons from the Bhagavad Gita to learn our dharma and karma ~ about outward strength from a place of inner intention, about our duty to ourselves and each other, and about effort versus surrender.
Each two-hour class will integrate philosophy, chanting, movement, music, and meditation, with a special focus.
All levels are welcome.
