Relax, Rest & Restore balance – The 3R’s

“The 3R’s” (relax, rest & restore) is a blend of supported restorative yoga postures, soothing breathing practices, and pacifying Ayurveda yoga techniques that help cultivate the characteristics of grounding, calming, and cooling elements in the body and mind.

After this session, you will feel lighter, calmer, deeply connected to yourself, and nourished!

Practitioners of all levels are welcome including absolute beginners to the practice of yoga.

*Drinks and treats will be offered after the session.
What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative yoga is a gentle yet challenging practice. It is simple, and a very potent tool for reducing stress and releasing tension, therefore, quieting the nervous system and allowing healing and reset to take place.

A typical session has no more than 4 – 5 poses. Restorative yoga poses are supported extensively by props (blankets, bolsters, blocks) and held for a long period of time, up to 20 minutes, to induce the relaxation response and let go of tensions.
