Course Description

Take this opportunity to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with your own true nature. Find your peace, your silence. Create space for the emergence of new thoughts, patterns, and processes that will serve you in the most positive and loving way.

We will explore breath, mindful practices, stillness meditation, and visualisations. You will learn some things from your own experiences and some things through the teachings.

Each week we will sit in meditation practice and fine tune specific aspects of our practice from posture and breath to time and place and regularity.

There will be small assignments, videos and readings between sessions to enhance your learning.

You will understand common terms and variations of meditation and know what you can do to create the best experience for yourself.

You will learn and experience the benefits and challenges of establishing a practice.

The course is limited to Eight students only, to ensure individual and personal attention and guidance from the teacher.
