At the heart of this practical workshop, we will delve into the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra — a powerful and effective meditation to help alleviate insomnia. You will learn how grounding, intention, breathwork and a rotation of consciousness can encourage the mind and body to fully relax and drop into healthy restorative sleep.
We will conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to help you journey into the restful sleep state.
With a background in the corporate world combined with her journeys in practicing energy work, including Breathwork, Sound Healing, Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Reconnective Healing, Cathy offers a practical, grounded, supportive and empathic approach to her classes.
