Created for peri, menopausal and post-menopause, Menopause Yoga aims to support women through a unique combination of yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindful meditation practices that have been specially adapted to help women manage the main symptoms of menopause.
There are just 8 places available for this three-hour workshop into postures, breathwork and meditations.
To attend you must be experiencing symptoms of peri, menopause or post menopause.
No yoga experience is required.
Mylene is a long-term yoga practitioner and teacher. Her own personal journey led her to become a certified Menopause Yoga teacher, and she is committed to helping other woman navigate this time of their lives through the practice of yoga.
