How does self massage and long releases sound?

Amanda and Emilie are joining forces and have put together this one of a kind workshop that you do not want to miss.
Combining self massage, using Yoga Tune Up therapy balls, and long Yin releases, this 2 hour workshop will leave you feeling connected, stretched out and UTTERLY relaxed.

Emilie and Amanda are also experienced massage therapists. So, for those of you consenting, a little hands on attention will be offered. This session was designed with a ton of enthusiasm for those of us who have built up some extra tension over the last few months.

Absolutely no need for any yoga experience. If you have a body, you can do this practice.
