Meditation and mindfulness were always applied in his successful career in a corporate environment until Renato decided to focus on the alternative medicine path around five years ago as a Yoga teacher, reiki master, sound healing therapist and meditation teacher, having participated in several courses and workshops worldwide.
Lakshya is a teacher of Yoga, Vedanta, Chanting and Sanskrit. She has been living in India since 2010 where she was inspired to dive deep into the teachings and lived for three years in an ashram with her guru Swami Dayananda Saraswati.
Saturday December 12TH
Ashtanga yoga is traditionally a daily practice, with the practitoner taking rest one day a week and on moondays. This daily practice provides a wonderful opportunity to oberserve our changing moods, attitudes and energy levels. While the practice may be the same each day, the way we encounter it will be different.
Monday December 14TH
In memory of Yoga master B.K.S Iyengar, we will hold two special classes on Monday December 14 open to new and existing students.
The final BIG STILL of the Year. A time where we shall come together in stillness and reflect.Within the session we put ourselves into simple poses. We resolve to be still and we release over time. We dare to let things be.

An introduction to Ancient Breathing Practices, supported with modern understanding. As an aspiring yogi, the practice of pranayama is required or even mandated. This structural breathing course will give a purpose to practice pranayama.
