It’s back!

After these long months… we come together (2m), to continue our practice of stillness, of connection. Maybe to have little look in on how the passed few months have affected our minds and bodies.
During this longer session we invite our outside body to stillness. Meeting any intensity with care, asking ‘what do I need right now, how can I help’?

There is something rather special about being closer to other humans, especially after the physical distancing of late. We are made for connection and community, so you are invited to come together, beside each other and be.

The Yin practice is accessible for all bodies. Using simple poses, in stillness, released over time. For beginners and regular practitioners.
