In this session, you will experience the power of supported restorative yoga poses and how they create ease to let yourself go.
Release unnecessary habitual tension in your body and just be – because it is only when we feel comfortable and supported that we are able to let go physically.
To invite the relaxation response, you will learn how to combine other tools that help calm the nervous system and let you experience deep rest which is when repair and healing takes place, and therefore the body and mind return to homeostasis; leaving you feeling grounded, calm, more focused and creative.
Whether you are an experienced yoga practitioner or not, this restorative yoga workshop is for everyone.
