This course focuses on the human “Foundation” that is the legs. As classical Hatha Yoga depends on healthy legs to keep the Naadis (energy pathways) flowing freely.
 
This course is to explore these asanas from a classical way and with modern biomechanics. 
 
We will explore how to sequence these simple poses based on the practitioner’s level of experience so that they can extract maximum benefits. We will also touch upon breathing techniques both during asana practice and independently.
Suitable for students of all levels and also of benefit to yoga teachers, the course ideally aims at the practitioner to create his or her own practice routine
