A special practice to align with the vibrant, reflective energy of the full moon of February. ‘Yoga Nidra’ or yogic sleep brings us into a conscious state of relaxation and healing through guided meditation. During this session, the students will experience a combination of meditation and a few gentle asanas – to release the tension and stiffness in the body, eventually preparing it to settle into restful Yoga Nidra.
