Practising backbends is a great way to promote spinal mobility, create back strength and flexibility and open the front body.
Starting with simple actions and details on how to access the body with care using props such as the wall ropes, blocks, chairs, and other props Naseem will then build on these basic techniques to take your practice of back-bending deeper.
Suitable for regular yoga practitioners.
