The online course consists of eight, 2-hour sessions. It includes guided meditations, mindfulness exercises and practices, group dialogue, individually tailored instructions and home assignments.
Participants will learn the essential principles of mindfulness to help release stress naturally and techniques to build their personal home practice that will allow them to access the wide-ranging benefits of mindful living well beyond the course.
